Επικυρώθηκε και η Κυπριακή πρόταση για Νόμπελ στην μπριγάδα της Κούβας “Henry Reeve”

Ο Σωτή­ρης Θεο­χα­ρί­δης μέλος της συντο­νι­στι­κής (τιμη­τι­κής) επι­τρο­πής των 600 προ­σω­πι­κο­τή­των της ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗΣ ΠΡΩΤΟΒΟΥΛΙΑΣ για το NΟΜΠΕΛ ΕΙΡΗΝΗΣ 2021 ΣΤΟΥΣ ΓΙΑΤΡΟΥΣ ΤΗΣ ΚΟΥΒΑΣ, κατέ­θε­σε στις 16-10-2020  επί­ση­μα στην ΝΟΡΒΗΓΙΚΗ ΕΠΙΤΡΟΠΗ την πρό­τα­ση από την ΚΥΠΡΟ για το ΝΟΜΠΕΛ η οποία και επικυρώθηκε.

Είναι Ανα­πλη­ρω­τής Καθη­γη­τής Φιλο­σο­φί­ας και Κοι­νω­νι­κών και Πολι­τι­κών Επι­στη­μών στο Τμή­μα Δημο­σιο­γρα­φί­ας του Πανε­πι­στη­μί­ου Frederick.
Είναι επί­σης Κοσμή­το­ρας της Σχο­λής Ανθρω­πι­στι­κών και Κοι­νω­νι­κών Επιστημών.
Παράλ­λη­λα είναι Καθη­γη­τής στη Διε­θνή Φιλο­σο­φι­κή Σχο­λή του Πανε­πι­στη­μί­ου της Σόφιας “St. Kliment Ohridski” και Ειδι­κός Επι­στή­μο­νας στις Κοι­νω­νι­κές Επι­στή­μες στο Τμή­μα Κοι­νω­νι­κών και Πολι­τι­κών Επι­στη­μών του Πανε­πι­στη­μί­ου Κύπρου.
Έχει σπου­δά­σει Κοι­νω­νι­κές και Πολι­τι­κές Επι­στή­μες με ειδι­κό­τη­τα στη Φιλο­σο­φία (ΒΑ+M.Sc) στην Ακα­δη­μία Κοι­νω­νι­κών Επι­στη­μών και Δημό­σιας Διοί­κη­σης της Σόφιας και Φιλο­σο­φι­κές Επι­στή­μες με ειδί­κευ­ση στην Κοι­νω­νι­κή, Πολι­τι­κή και Ηθι­κή Θεω­ρία, στην Έδρα “Λογι­κής, Ηθι­κής, Αισθη­τι­κής” της Φιλο­σο­φι­κής Σχο­λής του Πανε­πι­στη­μί­ου της Σόφιας “St. Kliment Ohridski” (Ph.D.). Στό­χος της έρευ­νας του είναι να αντα­πο­κρι­θεί εξε­λι­κτι­κά στη δια­πλο­κή της κοι­νω­νι­κής επι­στή­μης, της φιλοσοφίας(και της ηθι­κής), και της κοι­νω­νι­κής κριτικής.

🔻 The global pandemic shows how essential international solidarity is in the promotion of solidarity between the peoples of all nations and the promotion of peace by the alleviation of people’s suffering during emergencies.
And it is in this sense that the Cuban medical contingent “Henry Reeve” is acting as the sincerest example of international solidarity, with the work that it has been performing, especially since the coronavirus outbreak was announced. It is a valiant and exemplary endeavor that deserves the Nobel Peace Prize.

🔻 In the fight against COVID 19, the ever-brave Cuban physicians and nurses promptly headed to several countries, including Italy, which was in March 2020 amongst the hardest hit by the outbreak.
The Henry Reeve International Medical Brigade specialized in disasters and serious epidemics provided emergency medical help to countries such as Venezuela, Nicaragua, Italy, Suriname, Jamaica, Granada, Andorra, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Haiti, Dominica, Belize, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Saint Lucia, and Antigua and Barbuda.

🔻 The work of the Cuban Medical Contingent Henry Reeve is crucial in promoting peace amidst violent and structural conflicts and in setting conditions for people to have their most basic needs met in cases of disaster and in epidemics of high contagiousness, and at present in the global COVID-19 pandemic.
For this principled commitment to peace and solidarity turned into concrete, verifiable action, the Henry Reeve International Medical Brigade is more than qualified for the Nobel Peace Prize.
